The city of Cagayan de Oro, or more popularly known as CDO, is a highly urbanized and first-class city located in Northern Mindanao. It is the capital of Misamis Oriental. Furthermore, it is the regional center and the business hub of the province of Northern Mindanao. Aside from this, the tourism in this place is lively. What sets this apart is the one activity that tourists would always come back for – “White Waters Rafting” or “Kayaking” along the Cagayan de Oro river.
